MEET THE AUTHOR

Dr. Christopher Gilbert, Ph.D. author of the best-selling books, The Noble Edge: Reclaiming an Ethical Life One Choice at a Time, and There’s No Right Way to Do the Wrong Thing, is a senior international ethics consultant and popular keynote speaker.

 

As co-founder of NobleEdge Consulting, Chris has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government and non-profit organizations, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on contract for food security programs in sub-Saharan Africa, as well as traveling the globe to spearhead sustainability, human capacity development and business ethics programs.

 

Chris has been a featured guest on nationally syndicated radio and news as an ethics expert, sharing insights and encouraging a conversation about building trustworthiness in today's society. He has been been featured on national and international podcasts including Armchair Scholars, Purpose Highway, The Privacy Podcast, Business RadioX, Talk! with Audrey with Audrey Adams, The Dr. Pat Show with Dr. Pat Baccili and the Mark Bishop Media Podcast.

With over 25 years of award-winning teaching experience in colleges and universities on four continents, Chris has pioneered nationally recognized professional development and ethics centers. He has also served two terms as Pierce County Ethics Commissioner in Washington State.

 

As a motivational speaker and author, he is well known for his informative humor, authenticity, and personalized inspiration. Chris holds a Ph.D. specializing in leadership ethics, an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology. 

 

Chris and his family live outside Seattle, Washington.
